Library Status Update

The Bay Village Library is a branch of the Cuyahoga County Public Library System. Cuyahoga County Public Library (“CCPL”) is investing $7.5 million in capital to fund the construction of the new Bay Village Library. The Bay Village Library will not require additional tax payer investment. CCPL is working to secure private funding to offset the costs of high-quality branch amenities such as:

  • An upgraded children’s area with interactive displays and early literacy skill-building features
  • Dedicated teen space
  • Unique technology upgrades, including a laptop dispenser and mobile devises for special programs
  • An Innovation Studio with design software and equipment for creative “makers” and entrepreneurs
  • A fireplace reading area with comfortable seating
  • An indoor/outdoor terrace with views of Lake Erie

Reach our goal

The cost of naming rights for the Children’s play, learn, and grow space at the Bay Village Library is $100,000.

Please help us reach that goal!
